Challenging NZME & New Zealand's Mainstream Media

For quite some time, I’ve been “pressuring” NZME (New Zealand Media & Entertainment) to engage with me over the scam that is the Covid-19 Plandemic.

If you’re even remotely awake to all the BS and skulduggery, you’ll know that many things simply do NOT add up, and there’s certainly too much evidence to suggest “everything is normal” and “there’s nothing to see here.”

Yesterday, (Wednesday 10 May, 2023) I received an email from NZME’s Legal Counsel, Bull Gully (see attached PDF)

Partner, Elizabeth Coats emailed to me what is effectively a cease-and-desist letter, claiming all sorts of “HooHaa”.

You can read their letter HERE, but the fact of the matter is, they’re scared.

Scared shitless over people like me who’ve taken the time to acquire two years’ worth of evidential information our Government lied, Pfizer lied, and the New Zealand Mainstream Media lied, and they all CONTINUE to double-down on their lies.

What you’re about to read is my response to Liz Coats and NZME, which I have sent to Liz, and NZME boss, Michael Boggs.

Why are your concerns of me stated as “serious” when we ALL have a serious unaddressed problem of people who’ve died and are dying due to mRNA Covid-19 gene therapy vaccines?

I’ve seen more than enough evidence and encountered a multitude of stories from people over losing their loved ones to the vaccines, and still my questions remain unanswered, and so do theirs.

When these lovely folks reach out for help in seeking answers, they’re also met with silence.

I’ve attempted talking to Police and Members Of Parliament and all I’m met with, is silence.

Again, so are the folks who’ve lost their loved ones.

I try and engage the media for help, by way of informing NZME and pointing them in the direction of the information that’s readily available to view and hiding in plain sight and I’m baffled as to why no one wants to address my concerns and answer my questions.

At the risk of sounding disrespectful Elizabeth, I find your accusation of “harassment”, silly.

Can we get serious here for a moment, please?

All I’m seeking is help in determining fact from fiction, and the fact people are dying and no one wants to listen suggests a number of things, but most of all, it suggests no one cares.

I’ve given two years of my life to researching and collecting fulltime, evidence and data, and I’m not done.

Not by a long shot.

I will not sweep this inconvenient truth under the rug.

I will not go quietly into the night.

I may not bother with further emails to NZME, not because of your note, but because I can leverage my time and message elsewhere, attracting significantly higher audience numbers who want to hear and have the ability to hear my questions and help me get them answered.

I have no love for NZME and I will make it apparent, but there’s no stopping me holding NZME accountable publicly, and this is what I will do.

NZME are absolutely complicit in trumpeting the Labour Party’s Covid communication over the past two years, of which a significant amount broadcast and published information has been incorrect and is responsible for sending people to get needlessly vaccinated and in many cases, have died because they’ve done so.

I don’t expect this to be an easy ride.

But I do expect people to listen when someone in the community is troubled by what he has witnessed, and the evidence he’s collected.

The fact remains, people like you and companies like NZME are running for cover in their unwillingness to engage in conversation over Covid-19, the mRNA gene therapy vaccines, and the death and destruction they leave in their wake, because you haven’t the courage nor conviction to face the truth, instead hiding behind legal speak and laws that are questionable to say the least.

I’m aware of my trust fund that was assigned to me at birth when my parents sold me into slavery.

It’s the same trust fund the legal community draw upon, and then double dip on in terms of fees etc … and don’t tell me you don’t know about it.

I’m not stupid.

New Zealand is a corporation.

You know it.

I know it.

Frankly, I’m not concerned over the number of emails I’ve sent, as I’m INFORMING NZME personnel there’s an alternative and underlying story no one in the mainstream media is talking about. I have been and will continue to be respectful in my communication because the dead don’t have a voice and I won’t stop until my claims are disproven.

I have been fair and also mindful over what I send to NZME staff and I consider everything I’ve sent to NZME important and crucial in understanding there’s a sinister plot that’s hidden from the general public, which I know, makes me look like a complete lunatic, however I have all my faculties and I’m gifted intuitively, so you have some kind of understanding behind my motivation to expose what is the truth for me, because no one can prove me wrong or otherwise.

No one.

Can you?

I have patience, persistence and perseverance.

Perhaps the good people at NZME should get some patience too, because all I desire is the chance to have a conversation with them, outlining my concerns and presenting my evidence.

Why is this so wrong?

In addressing the points you made in your email:

Points 1 – 6:

Have I committed an offense?

No.

Is my personal messaging within the emails I send, abusive, threatening or endangering the health and mental well-being of anyone at NZME?

No.

I haven’t threatened legal action at all.

I have INFORMED NZME’s Michael Boggs of potential legal action, should no one at NZME honour my inquiry with a simple, sit-down conversation, and this is not an unreasonable request.

Why is he so concerned?

What is it about legal action he’s so concerned about?

All I’d like is a chat.

It’s how matters get resolved, quickly and efficiently.

One hour … why is this so difficult?

No mess, no fuss, no harm, no foul.

You already know this … you’re a lawyer.

In all fairness, your letter and email sent to me was to try and scare me, but I don’t scare easy, and frankly your words have no teeth, and represent nothing more than hot air and fluff.

Point 7:

What rights do NZME reserve?

Why would NZME take legal action against me, when I’m honouring the truth and standing in my truth, because I know the truth.

I welcome legal action against me, because this will give me an opportunity to enter into public record via the court, the facts and evidence I have that will be backed up by every person who authored, created and published it and the truth will be revealed for all to see.

I’d be surprised if a Judge was willing to honour my testimony however, because once I’ve spoken, there’s no going back.

All cards are on the table, and the lawsuit floodgates will be opened.

Point 8:

Informing me my “conduct and communication MAY involve offences”, is reaching.

You probably charge $500+ an hour or more, and this is all you’ve got?

Why don’t you just tell it like it is and give it to me straight instead of reaching for pie-in-the-sky

options?

A restraining order?

Over a few emails?

Good grief woman.

Spare me.

No one from KPMG has been in contact and I’ll contact KPMG directly to learn why they haven’t been in touch with me when I’ve sent a number of emails in trying to understand my role and obligations throughout the process.

Please, do NOT bully me.

I acknowledge receit of your email communication dated 10 May, 2023, officially reporting, recording and declaring NZME's position and standpoint in relation to the alleged reckless endangerment of health and resulting genocide of New Zealanders, perpetrated by the Labour Government and perpetuated by NZME, outlined and specified within my documented multi-media collection of evidence including, but not limited to;

• Published and factual government multi-media documents and data recording at times, up to a 30% increase in "all-cause mortality" domestically and internationally, accurately correlating with timelines of governments in administering Covid-19 mRNA gene therapy vaccines

• Published and factual peer reviewed and non-peer reviewed medical journals communicating, demonstrating, and demanding an immediate halt to administering mRNA gene therapy vaccines, citing warnings and caution while recommending an immediate investigation in relation to Covid19 mRNA gene therapy vaccines, claiming their research proves they're toxic and dangerous

• Published and official Pfizer mRNA gene therapy vaccine clinical trial data Pfizer attempted to conceal and confidential for 75 years, to which the US Supreme Court disagreed and overruled their request, ordering Pfizer to reveal the contents of their mRNA gene therapy vaccine clinical trial data, which ultimately uncovered an excessively high number of deaths and injuries, particularly in pregnant women and their unborn foetuses

• Sworn affidavits from medical professionals including PhD's, Doctors and Scientists declaring their conclusions based on their 750+ studies and research papers (in my possession) of mRNA gene therapy technologies, confirming their concerns and the dangers they present to humanity

• Multiple, factual, educational and informational videos from panels of renowned science and medical experts and professionals claiming the dangers of mRNA gene therapy technologies and their deadly toxicity

• Multiple, factual, documented legislative infringements and human rights abuses by New Zealand's Labour Government, Worksafe New Zealand, Company Owners, Corporate Executives and Business Owners over illegal mandating and ordering of compulsory staff vaccinations, at the same time failing to provide informed consent and compromising workers medical and bodily autonomy while threatening their jobs and careers

• Multiple, factual and documented first hand testimonies of New Zealanders and global citizens injured and/or maimed as a direct result of receiving Covid-19 gene therapy vaccines

• Multiple, factual and documented first hand experiences and testimonies from New Zealand families along with thousands of families globally whose family member(s) died as a direct result of receiving Covid-19 mRNA gene therapy vaccines, proven to cause significant health injuries and death

• A PDF copy of the Coronavirus US Patent 10130701 B3, was initially filed 23 July, 2015, and published 20 November 2018 proving Covid-19 is not a natural occurring disease or virus, which is contrary to the information NZME published and/or implied on multiple occasions stating Covid-19 emanated naturally from Wuhan bats, which would in effect, render the Covid-19 US Patent void and in violation of international law due to the unlawful act of patenting "nature"

• A PDF copy of US Patent US2020/0279585 A1, was initially filed October 13, 2015 titled "System Or Method For Testing For Covid-19", was published September 3, 2020 which goes towards proving Covid-19 and the pandemic was manufactured

• Documented multi-media evidence of covert US Government funding of gain of function research in Wuhan, China during a global moratorium on gain of function research

• Documented evidence proving Covid-19 gene therapy vaccines were administered in New Zealand by unauthorised persons who lacked the appropriate skills and certification due to inadequate qualifications, medical training and failing to comprehend and understand the complex manufacturer instructional guidelines in administering Covid-19 gene therapy vaccines

• Documented evidence of doctors and qualified medical personnel violating their Hippocratic Oath of "do no harm" by failing in their moral and legal obligations to provide and obtain "informed consent" as the mRNA gene therapy vaccines were and still are considered "experimental medicine", the dangers of which could not be conveyed in their entirety because Pfizer failed to publish and/or release their clinical trial data which clearly outlines thousands of potential health risks, including death, along with the unknown dangers of long term side effects, which invalidates the informed consent of every mRNA gene therapy vaccine recipient

• NZME advertisements marketing the Covid-19 gene therapy as "Vaccines", when they are considered "experimental medicine" by various government organisations

• NZME published the Prime Minister's words, claiming Covid-19 finds the unvaccinated, which is completely false and misleading and misinformation.

• Documented evidence that masks, NZME advertised as appropriate and required to help stop the spread of Covid-19 are false and incorrect, as masks are proven to have no protection whatsoever

• Documented evidence of the Prime Minister and NZME claiming the Covid-19 mRNA gene therapy vaccines were safe and effective in stopping transmission of Covid-19, when Pfizer have declared they never designed their mRNA gene therapy vaccines to stop transmission, at all, making both the Prime Minister's and NZME's claims false, misleading and misinformation

• Documented multi-media evidence of analysis of a vial Pfizer's mRNA gene therapy vaccine in which lipid nanoparticles with circuitry are present and change their structure at random under certain conditions. This analysis was undertaken by NZ Lawyer Sue Grey and Dr Matt Shelton and were analysed in a New Zealand lab, before two further labs in South America and Germany confirmed the presence of the same metallic-like, self-forming structures, upon which both Sue and Matt presented their findings to Parliament, and were ignored, along with the results of their lab tests. The NZ government continued with the vaccination program and didn't think it pertinent to examine the disturbing findings, upon which hundreds more documented deaths in New Zealand have resulted

These points don't even represent a gnats whisker of what I have against the government and also NZME.

I don't expect you to be impressed. I expect you to facilitate a conversation between myself and NZME.

For the record, I am seeking the following ...

· My concerns and pleas for help as an NZ citizen in asking NZME for help and to investigate further

· My exercising a moral obligation to share my truth representing my duty of care over my fellow New Zealanders, including the team at NZME, yourself and the team at Bell Gully

· Openly willing to share my evidence freely with the expectation it will be investigated further

The choice of whether you and NZME will help me or not, is uniquely yours, and Boggsy's.
