New Zealand mainstream Media continues on its journey to the race to the bottom. Have been totally captured since Covid as fewer 'conscious' NZers watch or listen.

The recent demise of NEWSHUB signalled this decline as TV3, once a plucky little charismatic network back in the late 80's and early 90's - ended up on the rocks - due to News Directors Editors etc censoring by omission and constricted thinking - etc. 

For some time now it has been receiving Govt Assistance - but with social media rising to the occasion and expressing more truths, their audience melted away

As for TVOne -  NZ's Premier Flagship - Forget them. Totally captured, along with Radio NZ - the NZ Herald and 'Stuff.

The old saying - been around the block more than a few times - is superseded by been around the planet a number of times - however I am becoming increasingly aware of just how 'unconscious' NZers really are. 

Island people can become so isolated and localised that they can end up acting like hobbits - staring into their hands exclaiming that they have found some minutiae of subatomic - proportional value. And celebrate the microcosm without realising the macrocosm. This is hugely problematic because above us every cloudless night we can gaze up and wonder at the star studded sky - coiling with suns through deep dimensions of time. Thus allowing us to survey the galactic vault and the extensiveness of our cosmic existence - however in the below piece NZers don't even know that their 'elected' Prime Minister was doing deals behind their back when he visited NATO HQ in Europe in 2012.

My Comment on YouTube to the Platform's Michael Laws, an ex National Party Member of Parliament himself - eviscerating our previous National Prime Minister and ex Merrill Lynch Money man - John Key. 

Courageously articulated Michael - bravo, but regrettably you forgot something that every one of the 262 people who have commented up until this post - didn't have the nous to mention - and that John Key signed New Zealand up to NATO in 2012. This in an agreement slated to pledged closer security cooperation after signing a new partnership accord at NATO headquarters on 4 June 2012. 

So much for the general knowledge of your esteemed listeners, living here in the South West Pacific. What is it that we have with the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation? No wonder our country has lost its compass and ... it's moorings. Sigh ...  - Yes, Kiwis do hide under a log in daylight.
