Dr. Pradip Jamnadas - Exposing the links between Calcium, Vitamin K2, and Plaque Buildup in Blood Vessels

Dr. Pradip Jamnadas is a cardiologist and clinical assistant professor of medicine at The Florida State University and University of Central Florida.

He has researched the important role that vitamin K2 plays in getting calcium out of the blood stream, where it causes plaque and into our bones and other places where it should be. 

Vitamin K1 also has a role in this process but is abundant in greens.  Dr Jamnadas explains that the only vegan source of vitamin K2 comes from fermented foods.
