Part 3 of 8
We, the people of New Zealand, must start advocating for ourselves and for our way of life. We must start speaking out. We must be more vociferous about protecting our precious lifestyle. We must make more noise than Muslim immigrants, who although a very small minority currently, are already making their voice heard.
Their demands in Wellington have not been approved; yet. But this is just the start; their call for equal rights will become more demanding and insistent as their ranks swell, and swell they will; prolific reproduction rates ensure this.
Islamic asylum seekers and immigrants are entering our country, sometimes under false pretenses. But then having gained residency, insist on imposing their way of life; a way of life that is totally incompatible to ours.
The silence of a country’s inhabitants is a weapon they have used incredibly effectively right throughout Europe; and we, along with Australia, are next on their list. It is our silence that will allow them to dominate and then take over.
To quote Ayaan Hirsi Ali, (comments that reflect my sentiments exactly).
“There are times when silence becomes an acceptance of injustice.”
“Islam is fundamentally incompatible with Western democratic values.”
Hirsi Ali was born, 1969, into a devout Muslim Somali family. They moved to Kenya in her early years, where she received a strict Muslim education. As a young girl, she underwent traditional Somali female genital cutting, as ordered by her grandmother in keeping with her understanding of Islam. In 1992 Ayaan was married — against her will — to a distant cousin. While enroute to join him in Canada, she fled to the Netherlands, where she was granted political asylum.
Hirsi Ali was an ideal immigrant and assimilated well. She learnt Dutch, gained an MA, and successfully entered politics. She became a critic of Islam and advocate for the rights and self-determination of Muslim women, opposing forced marriage, honour killings, child marriage and female genital mutilation.
Once she started speaking out against Islam and its practices in Holland, she was threatened by radical Muslims, who grew in number, in extremism, and ability to carry out said threats.
“Those who resist Islam, the order of Islam or oppose Allah and his prophet, you have permission to kill, hang, slaughter, or banish, as it says in the Sharia.” Muslim cleric on Dutch national radio, calling on Muslims to rid Holland of Ayaan Hirsi Ali.
Ali finally decided to immigrate to the USA when the director of "Submission"; the film she wrote the screenplay for; was murdered by Mohammed Bouyeri, a Moroccan Islamist, just before its release date.
Hirsi Ali remains a strong advocate of liberal western democracy.
In the USA she gives radio/TV interviews and is an author of eight books. (They are very readable and most informative; I encourage you to read them, or at least one.)
Having studied Islam and its spread for many years now, I was surprised to discover much that was good, in fact impressively so. I found out that through the period we in the west call the dark ages, Islamic scholars contributed significantly to advancing knowledge and improving the quality of life of their people.
During the crusades, much of this filtered back to the west, which helped trigger our renaissance.
But as Europe’s period of rebirth and innovation exploded, so Islam’s imploded.
Islam’s spread was stopped, and, at its farthest reaches, reversed. In many of its newly conquered lands, radicals hijacked traditional Islam and the way of life for these people retrogressed.
Maybe the Muslim conquests had spread too far, making it easier for regional Heads of State to take power for themselves. They discovered they could oversee the law of rule, rather than follow the rule of law.
And rule they do. They are autocrats, who by combining the roles of head of state with head of religion, rule absolutely. We see this most obviously in countries like Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Syria… (Remember the Shah of Iran and how western it appeared to be then?)
For three decades now, I have been watching the Islamification disaster playing out in Europe and believe the time has come; that we in New Zealand must address this, before it plays out here.
I know that too many of the immigrants and asylum seekers accepted into European countries were young men. For example, over a ten-year period, Sweden (population 10 million), took more than 400,000 immigrants, of whom 70% were young men from Syria. In 2023, the country recorded more than 9,300 rapes, of which 60% were committed by immigrants born overseas.
This imbalance of young men was obviously a big part of the problem, so let’s at least avoid doing that here. But that’s not enough.
We need to consider how to deal with a people who come to this country with no intention of integrating or assimilating.
We know this is true of all Muslim immigrants; as their Qur’an, Sunnah/hadith and Sharia forbid them from integrating or assimilating, no matter how much they appreciate the new circumstances of the country they have moved to.
Qur’an [9:29] “Fight those who do not believe in Allah and who do not consider unlawful what Allah and His Messenger have made unlawful and who do not adopt the religion of truth from those who were given the Scripture”
Their way of life, and our way of life are incompatible. Why should their way trump ours, they are the minority? The only solution I can see is that we stop the flow; while accepting, we can’t stop the birth rate. And please understand that by doing this, we are not weighing the balance of good and evil; rather we are considering how to maintain the virtues of Justice and Mercy simultaneously?
How can we in New Zealand show mercy to asylum seekers, while ensuring justice for ourselves? Couldn’t a condition of entry be that the person is not Muslim? There are enough non-Muslims applying; and I certainly feel for people fleeing their drought-stricken, war-torn lands.
We have over 70,000 Muslims living in New Zealand currently, so they are not yet vociferous in demanding what their Qur’an, Sunnah and Sharia commands them to. But it has started.
We in NZ are a casual folk; a tolerant people who enjoy our relaxed way of life. We have ‘woke’ tendencies, are mostly non-racist, and regret that Te Pati Māori and re-tribalists are trying to change this, with support of the media.
When weighing-up whether to accept more Muslim immigrants/asylum seekers into New Zealand, we need to consider well, the views of those who have been Muslim, and managed to leave the faith without being beheaded; of which Ayaan Hirsi Ali is one.
I’ll conclude as I started, with two of her quotes.
“Islam is fundamentally incompatible with Western democratic values.”
“There are times when silence becomes an acceptance of injustice.”
NB: Sunnah - corpus of the sayings or traditions of the Prophet Muhammad. Each one is called a hadith. The Sunnah is revered by Muslims as a major source of religious law and moral guidance. There are around 2600 hadith that contain no repetitions defining these established customs and habitual practices.
