New Zealand legend Brett Power a surveyor from Taranaki, released today his draft affidavit against ASHLEY ROBIN BLOOMFIELD stating in a facebook post that he will be filing it this Friday 13 September 2024 at 12.00 noon in the Wellington District Court.

The affidavit alleges that Ashley Bloomfield conspired to deceive the Public of New Zealand by his deliberate actions with the New Zealand Health Department in 2021, and in clear violation of the requirements of the New Zealand Parliament, the Crimes Act 1961, Legislation Act 2019, and the Health Act 1956 and did so without any public disclosure, in an attempt to implement an authority to detain, isolate and administer preventative treatment by forced injection of an unknown genetically altering substance upon the population of New Zealand.

Mr Power's affidavit outlines several issues with the way this false authority was purportedly obtained and then used deceptively against the population of New Zealand.  In this writers opinion It is quite damning.  Hats off to Mr Power.

No doubt Mr Powers extremely well thought out affidavit (with exhibits attached) will have assess clenching all over the beehive this week.  And you know what that is time for.  A social experiment. The thing was the moment you applied for an exemption you were agreeing that you had to ask for an exemption, and that was the con Ministry Of health was never pushing the mandate of vaccines or mass. They never pushed it and they put a mask exempt in the website, well hidden though, remember that when you have to ask for an exemption not to be that’s crazy and all you were doing was saying yes we agree we have to ask for an exemption so they had the power legal bullshit
