In this episode of RT’s Sanchez Effect
Rick exposes the Israeli government’s anti-Christian sentiments and how
US officials are bowing to Israeli lobbyists despite that fact. There’s
no better guest to help us do it than former Miss California and
current conservative activist Carrie Prejean Boller. She has faced
religious and lobbyist pressure herself, with the Trump administration
asking her to resign from the religious freedom committee after she
questioned the body’s strong pro-Israeli stance. Prejean says she was
shocked; asking how standing up against genocide can be anti-Semitic.
She describes the officials who shut her down are ‘cowards’ -
and that she and other Americans had trusted Trump to change US
policies, only to renege on his pledges. Her stance reflects that of
many Trump supporters: “I do not know who he is. He promised not to
get us involved in foreign wars. And now we’re seeing that we are
sending boots on the ground.” Rick and Prejean also discuss a new
era in media, where there are genuine alternative voices which cannot be
silenced.
