Terms and Conditions of Use (Channels)

  1. Do no harm. You signup as your real living person, no falsehoods are tolerated.
  2. You are personally liable for your own actions. In other words you undertake to be responsible and courteous at all times.
  3. Critical thinking is promoted however, abuse is not tolerated.
  4. There are no filters applied to any of the content, however, we are guided by the laws of New Zealand and International laws. Don’t do anything un-lawfull.
  5. Members apply for any channel’s VIP room for exclusive content. The channel has control of who they admit and or remove and all content.
  6. Verification of the member is completed by verification email and/or credit/debit card. Hence why Voice Media insists on this process.
  7. Material can be shared outside of this site using the channel 'Promolink' button (which can be found on each item published with the exception of posts) which copies the link for the content creator to paste on their social media accounts.
  8. You agree that opinions expressed and statements made on Voice Media are those of the contributors and/or sponsors and do not necessarily represent the views of the publisher, staff or management of Voice Media.
  9. Voice Media on behalf of itself and all the contributors asserts copyright in all material appearing in Voice Media and none of it shall be reproduced, wholly or in part, without the prior consent of the publisher, content producers or Licensee Operations. The publisher reserves all rights in respect of all material received and accepted for publication.
  10. You agree that copyrighted material appearing on Voice Media is the responsibility of the content creator/channel.  Voice Media is at no time or instance takes any responsibility or liability for breech of copyright law on channels/content creator's material posted on Voice Media.  This responsibility lands squarely 100% on the content creator/channel.
  11. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information, the publishers assume no responsibility for errors or omissions or for any consequences of relevance on Voice Media.
